Craig Gore is co founder of the Atkinson Gore Group of Companies. The group is diversified across a range of industry sectors including financial services (home loans, credit card facilities VISA V8 Supercard, life and risk insurance, superannuation, managed funds, bonds, property and general financial services advice), telemarketing, land and home development and packaging, construction, property management, wine exports, agribusiness (cattle breeding), entertainment, aviation and motor racing (Indy Racing League and NASCAR USA). The Group also manufactures and imports building materials from China and owns civil engineering firm Big State Earthmoving and Excavations.

The core activities of the Group are centred on Wright Patton Shakespeare Financial Services Pty Limited, which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence issued by the Australian Securities Investment Commission, and Wright Patton Shakespeare Capital Limited, which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence as the Responsible Entity for the Wright Patton Shakespeare No. 2 Mortgage Fund (fund managers). Integrated in the overall operations are Consolidated Constructions Pty Limited and Consolidated Project Homes Pty Limited. Both companies operate in Victoria, NSW, Queensland and Western Australia.

Craig Gore has been at the forefront of a number of successful Australian ventures and is widely recognized as one of Australia’s leading young entrepreneurs having built an impressive business profile over the last decade. Craig has an outstanding management record with substantial property development ranging from residential developments to larger, master planned integrated communities a number of which are to be found in the South East corner of Queensland, the fastest growing area of Australia.

The Hope Island Canal Development near one of Queensland’s signature developments Sanctuary Cove is a testament to Craig’s innovation and commercial ability. Other signature developments include the Aurora development on Hope Island.

Craig is a Member of both the Australian Institute of Management and Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). Expansion into the UK market is at the forefront of Craig Gores strategic plan for the future.
John Atkinson

John is a Chartered Accountant who began his career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu specialising in taxation consultancy to major corporate and high net worth clients.  John has a strong background in general financial arbitrage and equity based transactions as well as innovative tax planning techniques. His professional qualifications are Bachelor of Economics, Sydney University (B.Ec), Bachelor of Laws, Sydney University (L.L.B.), and a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia.

John is a director and shareholder of Atkinson Gore Group Pty Ltd, Wright Patton Shakespeare Financial Services Pty Ltd AFSL 220870, Wright Patton Shakespeare Capital Limited AFSL 280595 and Aurora Developments Pty Ltd, the developer of an A$700m residential adult community development on Hope Island along Australia’s Gold Coast.

He is also a director of John Atkinson & Company, an accounting and taxation services company, as well as Executive Director of Structured Securities Pty Ltd which specialises in tax effective transactions and investments for high net worth individuals in addition to directorships of all AGG companies.

Michael J. Adamson

Michael Adamson is Chief Legal Counsel for the Atkinson Gore Group of Companies. Michael is an honours graduate from the prestigious Bond University Law School in Queensland. He is also an accredited specialist in Property Law with the Queensland Law Society.

Prior to joining the Atkinson Gore Group Michael worked in private practice as an employee solicitor then partner in the family law firm Adamsons based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. He is a former Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Bond University Law School specializing in Land Law, Property Law, Corporations Law and Legal Drafting, a position he held for 9 years. He is also an occasional guest lecturer for the Queensland Law Society with an emphasis on Land and Property Law. Michael brings to the Atkinson Gore Group a strong background in banking, finance and prudential regulation.

He has acted for various Australian Banks and other financial institutions in preparing, executing and enforcing contractual agreements and securities. Michael has acted for major developers in all aspects of land development and subdivisions. Further he has also acted for purchasers and vendors in major commercial acquisitions including shopping centers, commercial buildings and industrial estates.

In his role as Chief Legal Counsel to the Atkinson Gore Group he has been at the forefront of assisting Craig Gore to build and develop the business to where it is today. He has an intimate knowledge and understanding of the Group’s commercial activities and in fulfilling the additional role of Company Secretary is involved on a daily basis with all aspects of the Group’s commercial activities. Michael also sits on the Board of a number of the Atkinson Gore Group related entities as an executive director.

David Taylor
B.Comm, DipAcc, C.A (S.A.).
(Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Taylor is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of commercial experience across the globe, having served in positions in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
The experienced corporate finance expert has worked in a diverse range of industries including the real estate, retail and automotive sectors.

Before joining the Atkinson Gore Group, Mr. Taylor was a senior executive at the Australian arm of the American industrial and finance conglomerate, General Electric, where he held various leadership positions.

His most recent role with GE Commercial Finance was heading up its highly successful aviation finance unit across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and India and to provide leadership on structured finance solutions.
Commercially astute with a strong background in sales and corporate discipline, Mr. Taylor brings traditional CFO skills to the company as well as his leadership abilities.
David is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a post graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal, Durban.
